The strong point of Truck Etape Béziers lies in our secure, staffed HGV park.
In addition to high-end video monitoring, you have the reassuring presence of an attendant 24/7. Access is controlled by means of photos and recording the number plates of each lorry. The entire HGV park as well as the immediately surrounding area are covered by numerous, high-performance HD cameras, which are connected to the security control centre.
In addition, our site has received ESPORG (European Secure Parking Organisation) certification, as well as the internationally-recognised TAPA certification, guaranteeing the road transport of your high value goods.
Trucks and drivers are rigorously checked, ensuring that you can transport high value goods without fear of theft or damage to your vehicles and products. This ensures that HGV drives get a genuinely restful break in an environment that reflects security and service requirements.
Almost 50 cameras are installed across the site and are permanently relayed to our control centre. Combined with the permanent presence of a human, this security system is one of the most effective in Europe.

The security and well-being of drivers is at the centre of our priorities. This is demonstrated in the many facilities we provide and which enabled us to obtain a maximum level of 5 stars for the services on offer via ESPORG accreditation: security, clean sanitary facilities that are accessible 24/7, free wifi, filling station, snack bar open non-stop from 6 AM to 11 PM, a restaurant service at lunchtime and in the evening, electrical sockets for refrigerated lorries, laundry (with washing machines and tumble dryers), picnic area, sports/leisure area, free use of bikes, TV sports channels, hotel reservation service and vehicle repair service etc.
Note that the HGV park is also equipped with a photovoltaic roof which protects drivers from the sun and bad weather.

You will find the following services on-site:
- A restaurant open every day, non-stop between 6 AM and 11 PM. The menu is updated daily with a focus on fresh produce and hearty, good quality meals. You can make the most of a full menu, as well as of the reductions available to drivers using the HGV park.
- A snack bar area is open non-stop between 6 AM and 11 PM daily. Feel like a hearty breakfast, a quick bite or snack or a refreshing drink? Bread, pastries, sandwiches, salads, paninis, desserts, beers, wines, coffee… As in the restaurant, quality is our priority.
- A store is open from 6 AM to 11 PM next to the filling station. Here you will find cured meats, savoury and sweet biscuits, pastries, bread, beer, wine, ice creams… As well as all the essential accessories for your journey (oil, windscreen wash, coolant, etc).
FILLING STATION
> Is the filling station reserved for HGVs?
Definitely not! Our filling station welcomes all types of vehicle.
> What is the point in leaving the motorway to fill up my vehicle with fuel?
Accessible 24/7, the Truck Etape filling station has a large range of fuels at very competitive prices that are significantly cheaper than those found in traditional motorway service areas.

Truck Etape is 800 metres from exit 36 Béziers Ouest (Vendres/Valras) of the A9 motorway.
